Part 3 of 9 - The Mysterious Man

He's leafing through some papers that have his undivided attention.  No doubt receipts from his legitimate business while he figures out what to funnel to his illegitimate one. Fat, greasy fingers, balding pate, wrinkled, yellow-collared shirt, ever-present cigar. The whole place has the stink of him.  No wonder it's so empty.  All the better for me.
